About Danielle
Danielle Wilson-Saddler is a dedicated and accomplished education professional with a strong background in instructional leadership, family engagement, and program coordination. With over two decades of experience with Montgomery County Public Schools, she currently plays a pivotal role in advancing Maryland’s community school initiatives and supporting family-school partnerships across the district.
Danielle currently supports 53 community school liaisons in conducting comprehensive needs assessments, organizing and coordinating school steering committees, and leading program implementation in alignment with the Maryland State Department of Education’s Blueprint for Maryland’s Future. Her work ensures that schools are equipped to address the academic and non-academic needs of students through collaborative, data-driven strategies. As the project lead for the Parent Academy, Danielle oversees all aspects of program planning and execution. Her responsibilities include organizing workshop schedules, coordinating facilitators and presenters, planning logistics, developing content, managing day-to-day operations, setting strategic goals, and documenting progress to ensure continuous improvement. Her commitment to student well-being is further demonstrated through her leadership in managing the Neediest Kids program, which provides essential resources such as clothing, eye exams, eyeglasses, and personal care items for students in elementary and secondary schools. Recognized for her professionalism and sound judgment, Danielle was appointed by the Superintendent to serve on the Montgomery County Public School Peer Assistance and Review Panel (PAR). In this role, she reviewed confidential cases of new and underperforming employees and provided recommendations to the Office of Human Resources and Development regarding transfers and employment status. Danielle is the proud mother of three daughters, and her hobbies include reading and traveling. |
